Protect your keys

Never leave your car unattended with the keys in the ignition. Many cars are stolen when the owner has left the car only for a minute.

Don’t leave keys lying around. If a thief can see your unattended keys, it is likely that he or she can figure out how to get hold of them.

Never hide a second set of keys anywhere on your car. Thieves know where to look.

If the car is at home but you are out, make sure ALL the keys are with you.
