About Us

McKenzie Ross is a professional insurance intermediary, assisting our clients in obtaining all types of insurance products and associated services in finance and access to business broking.  We act on behalf of the client in discussions with underwriters and manage their insurance portfolio on a continuing basis.

McKenzie Ross utilises all the major underwriters operating in Australia and works with specialist underwriting agencies in overseas markets.  The company is based in the Melbourne CBD and has a broad client base throughout Australia.

Our clients vary enormously from the local milk bar to major corporates.  We have vast experience in entertainment insurances including liability and contingency covers.  Within our organisation we have specialty divisions in professional risks, building trades, life insurance, and a retail insurances scheme.  Through the relationships with our underwriters we are able to provide programs for all general insurance business.

We understand that your business is your asset.  We aim to deliver the most cost effective insurance solution to protect your interests.  Our services do not stop when the business is written but extend most importantly to assist when a claim arises.

McKenzie Ross is a member in professional standing of both the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) and Insurance Brokers Network of Australia (IBNA) and is able to draw on the significant resources of these groups when required.  We are also members of Insurance Brokers Disputes Limited (IBD).
